Faction Point problem

"Due to increase mission rewards, your account is owed 1,000 luxon faction" but my current guild is kurzick any advice on what to do to get rid of this message

Lose the luxon faction. Spend either luxon or kurzick faction and it will drop (showing alliegance to the kurzicks will cause a drop in luxon faction). The excess faction will then be added.

Exhange some faction for Jadeite Shards or Scroll to the Deep, at a Luxon Scavenger. Likely your Luxon Faction is maxed out, and you need to dump some for the 1,000 faction still to be alloted to your account.
