Xunlai Reward Points: When?

Is there anywhere that definitively lists when we will receive our reward points from voting, or is it more of a just whenever Anet decides to do it sort of thing?

I assume it's supposed to be like... the second Thursday after, or some such? Assuming that were the case, then they should come tomorrow; but, I've seen quite a few times that wasn't the case, so I'm just checking to see if anyone actually has a clue about any of this or if everyone's just as in the dark about it as I am.

EDIT: Wait, its the second thursday of January. so Jan 8th lol.

Xunlai points come with the monthly build, which usually falls on the second Thursday of the month. Keep in mind, also, that it usually takes several minutes after the build for the points to be available from the tournament agent.
