Simple New Account Question
UnstopableJosh
Hi, a while ago, I tried Guild Wars Nightfall on my pc but it lagged too much so I gave it up. Now months later, I'm trying it on my laptop but it's telling me to go to the store and purchase stuff, and not letting me play. Is there a way I can get around this?

Was it a trial key? If so, the trial period ended long ago and you need to buy the game. If not, you need to log in with the account you had back then instead of creating a new one.

Trial keys last for 10 hours of gameplay or 14 days, whichever comes up first. If it was a trial key, then yeah it expired already. No way around that. You could add trial keys for the other campaigns(good luck trying to get them), but you'll no longer be able to add a second NF Trial key to your account(unless you make a new one).
However, if you did buy the game and are having problems, then you need to go contact support.

Yeah I bought the game so I don't know what the deal is. I'll try support. Thanks.

Regardless, you should have your access key on hand as Support will ask you for it.

Then, just to be on the safe side since it has happened before. Can you check to see if the key you used was your access key(its either printed on a plastic card or inside this piece of folded paper that you have to rip) and not the trial key that comes with the game?
