Your price to sell depends very much on what the Mats Trader NPC is offering. So you priced your mat selling price in between, making a reasonable profit. For example: NPC is buying Iron Ingots from players at 100gp/10 ingots and selling at 200gp/10 ingots. then you can offer to buyers at 130gp - 150 gp/10 ingots. Total per stack will be somewhere between 3250gp - 3750gp.
Obviously, if NPC offers to trade at lower or higher prices then you need to adjust your selling price accordingly. As price fluctuates all the time, no one can give you a PC on Mats.
