Hero skill points. 1 point for attaining rank (1) and 2 points for each of the rest, for a total of 15 points per character.

As you increase your Lightbringer rank, talk to the Seeker of Whispers in the Chantry of Secrets to gain the following PvE-only skills:

Lightbringer (title effect, rank 1 - Lightbringer)
Lightbringer's Gaze (rank 2 - Adept Lightbringer)
Lightbringer Signet (rank 3 - Brave Lightbringer)

I am missing one title effect, the first one, i have Lightbringer's Gaze and Lightbringer Signet, am at level 4 lightbringer, assuming that one get lightbringer Signet at rank 3 , one should also already have lightbringer , right? but i only have 2, and Seeker of Whisper does not have anything that I can get from anymore?

so how do i go about getting the Lightbringer skill?

lightbringer isnt an actual skill. its the title you can wear.

this means you can now wear the title and get the damage + armor bonus against abbadons servants while wearing the title.

so yeah... its not an actual skill, just means you'll now get the title benefits when you wear it

theres actually probably a better explanation for it here on the wiki which is worth a read if your a little confused

the benefit of the lightbringer is like the +energy bonus the asura title gives u..it's not a skill..

Press H ,select Titles, tick box next to Lightbringer Rank , you are now equipped with Lightbringer Skill .

i c, thanks you all, i was reading this page. As it is listed as a skill I thought something has gone wrong with my game, I did not see the word "effect"

I admit that page is a little confusing in how it is presented, but all you need to do is read the descriptions. I'll bold the parts that you would want to look at.

Lightbringer Title. For each rank of Lightbringer, you deal 5% more damage to and have +1 damage reduction against Abaddon and his demonic servants.
Lightbringer Signet Signet. If you are within the area of a demonic servant of Abaddon, you gain 3...5 strikes of adrenaline and 16...24 Energy.
Lightbringer's Gaze Skill. Target demonic servant of Abaddon takes 100 holy damage and is interrupted. This skill strikes one additional foe in the area for each rank of Lightbringer you have attained. This skill is disabled for 15 seconds after it is used.
