Help with D/Mo 130HP Dervish

Protection Prayers- 10
Scythe Mastery- 12 + 1 + 3
Earth Prayers- 6 + 3
Mysticism- 6 + 3

"Runes of Superior Scythe Mastery, Superior Earth Prayer, Superior Mysticism, and 2 superior runes of your choice, though not Vigor runes"
I quoted this because even after applying the runes, I can not get my health down to 130 (so far I've applied Rune of Superior Scythe Mastery, Rune of Superior Earth Prayer, and Rune of Superior Mysticism). That setup makes my attribute points congruent to that of the Wiki's one. However, my health is stuck at 280HP, making the maximum damage I take 28, which is far from 13. I realized that 280-(75+75)=130. I italicized a part of the quote which I did not particularly understand. What two other Superior runes do they mean? Another nuisance is the inherent health bonus from the Dervish chest piece, but that doesn't really matter, considering it will be suitable.

Just random runes with -75 health on em, like..take super wind prayers and 1 more, w/e u like, just it gotta be superior, then u'll get ur health down to 130. Think my derv took the 2 cheapest superiors there were ^^
