There is no single best build but the Campfire section in forums right here on Guru has information on how to play a class with some great starter builds

Welcome to the Derv section of the campfire where you can find information on the Derv profession. Maybe instead of posting useless threads asking someone to wipe your ass, you can maybe take a quick peak at the sticky in each section.

These stickys have lots of basic information that will help someone with your experience, but apparently not with your ambition.
