BB sin on pvx
Slash From The Shadows
just a small advice about the build timebandit pinged, if you feel your exp with this build after some practice, i reccomend you will drop hammar mastery to like 9 , and max your dagger mastery rest in critcal strikes, this takes practice as you will have 3 sec of kd.

Well you could take the YAA Sin build and mess around with it http://www.pvxwiki.com/wiki/Build:A/W_YAA_Assassin
Thats if your looking for PvP, I like to switch out YAA for Fox's Promise for RA and AB.

In terms of effectiveness you should run a warrior if you wanna wield a hammer 24/7.
Other then that you can look into any combination with [way of the master] and [critical eye] (for PvE of course [critical agility]) and your weapon of choice. However be aware that this will ultimately end up in a gimmicky build that will gimp your assassin's damage dealing/ spike potential (PvE A/D crit scythes being an exception).
Have fun.
