Is it me or is the Guild Wars Support Team the worst people to e-mail with your Guild Wars problems...
Ive forgot my password for my account, and plaync. After countless hours messaging, and receiving the same messages that they will escalate my ticket for further support. I get an e-mail back with them saying that there has been a problem with your ticket entry and it will be resent...
I am sitting there going ?!WTF!? Ive been getting e-mails and after 8 hours of not sleeping and waiting for this issue to be resolved. This happens.
I am completely done with this.
Anyone else have problems like these?
Please, At least put in some LIVE support.

Yes they are terrible but nothing we can do here. There have been countless other threads about the same thing.
