PC Old School Dragon's Breath Wand perfect

I have had this sitting in my storage for ages, I know it is quite rare to get a perfectly dual modified one of these especial with a HCT & energy + 5 mod.

This weapon can not be replicated under the inscription system, the question is what is its value?

Personally think 100k+..... not many like that around

hmm ye around the 100k mark might get a few globs of e...shove in sell just to see how it goes...
