[WTB] Gloom Shields Any req

I am in the market for 4 Gloom shields.

1. Any requirement attribute or level is accepted (for example Motivation lvl 13+ would be acceptable).

2. They MUST be inscribable and max armor.

They can be empty of all mods (I have all the mods for shields that I need at the moment). I am willing to pay a little more then fair market value if one seller has 2+ for sale.
