Just so you know, Judge's Insight and any Conjures won't stack. And i dont think [splinter weapon] stacks with [vow of strength] or other attack raising skills.

but [splinter weapon] is not a modifier. it is a set damage number
if it said "deal +32 damage" then it would stack with [vow of strength]
but it doesn't, it says "deal 32 damage" which is a set amount.

The damage from splinter weapon isnt really from the scythe, hence the enchants wont effect it. Simply put, precicely i was searching for the words and you found them
