theres a ranger west of ascalon that gives you a quest to find one. if you go south/southwest of him they spawn near there

Hmm you learn something new every day i guess. never knew these spawned post searing. Meh still doesn't make my stalker any less great to me as I've had him for more than three years now.

AFAIK, the Stalker is still available post-searing.. near Gate Guard Hollis, like that guy said.
