My question is if i do the mission for Quire Zachary on Prophocies will the game go in the future 2 years or will it stay the same. Why i ask is because i want to still play with my friend but he cant do mission yet. Please help.

In pre-searing, you can safely complete all quests up to The Path to Glory. After that point, there's no turning back, but there's no pressure to continue immediately. You can stay in pre-searing for as long as you want to help your friend catch up.
