Since I can no longer see the link that the post was intended to address I can only speculate at what it contained. Judging from other people's responses, it seems another lvl 1 player was spotted in DoA, and had a rank 6 SS title.
So let's assume that I am correct. In theory it might be possible to have runners/rushers get you all the way through NF without any fighting. However, a quick check on wiki tells me that to go from lvl 1 to lvl 2 requires only 1000 experience points. Thus someone would have to make it all the way through the NF missions and primary quests WITHOUT gaining 1000 XP.
Submitted for your consideration, to legally get off Nightfall's noob island, Istan, a player must complete the primary quest "The Time is Nigh" as well as several other quests. This is true whether the character began in NF or in another campaign. This quest rewards 1500 XP on completion. Thus we conclude that it is impossible to reach DoA as a lvl 1 character without some sort of exploit or Hack.
In the current situation, I think its safe to conclude that character was teleported their by use of the Guild Hall teleportation glitch, which has since been fixed. However, Anet did attempt to roll back the unlocked zones from this glitch, so they probably would like to be notified of any players exploitations which they missed.
As for earning a Rank 6 Sunspear title on a lvl 1 character, this might actually be possible. In Securing Champion's Dawn, the player has SS bounties which I believe reward points to all players in the party regardless of whether or not they aggroed (though I have not double checked this). If indeed this is the case, a player could be repeatedly run through that mission (without ever completing it) to rank up the SS title. I believe the cap in the title that could be reached in this way is exactly rank 6.
So to all those who were critical of the OP, he does indeed have a valid point, as to see any character running around DoA at lvl 1 must indeed be a character to, whether knowingly or not, has exploited a glitch to their advantage, and as such should in my opinion be reported.
