I remember when it used to be 6 man then 8 man then 6 man then finally now its 8 man again. It used to be ta and ra for 4 players, ha for 6 man, and gvg for 8. I feel it should go back to how it used to be at 6 man.

6 man PvP is really gimmicky and unliked. People petitioned HARD to get it removed. I see no reason to bring it back. Maybe like a weekend event once in a while just for giggles, but for general play it is not constructive.

Yes, if the heroes get out off HA. But that might kill HA even more.
No, more people will quite because of the 6 man teams.
Loads of people have quited GW because of the changes around the team tweaks.
I would rather see a different area for 6 man parties.
Because HA has big maps that are made for 8 man parties x 2 or even more.
With just 6 people it is very very empty.

I think that they should make HA 6v6 again because I like how quick it is to get groups together with only 6 ppl (most Ha'ers know the hour wait time to form a group, then just to have ppl rage when u loose uw...).
While they are making changes they should remove heros from HA teams so the teams are more people orientated, without the challenge of gwen pre-warding our frontliners.

6 man ha would be better with the inactivity ha has had lately, but only if anet redoes the halls maps/hoh winning conditions. Having to fit in song/snares/warding etc. in a 6man build is a pain and limits creativity way too much.

I agree hero's out of PvP all together there's no reason to play against AI if i wanted to to that i would go PvE. A hero's can interupt a 1/4 Fast casted RoF there is no way in hell any real person there isn't anyway a person could tease or disrupt any attack skill with no cast time but hero's can?? As far as I can remember post-nightfall HA has been terrible regardless of the player number, people just had some nostalgic feelings for the old tombs and thought 8v8 HA would be so much better. It still sucks, HA is the problem not player size.

6v6 removes the ability to run "finesse" builds. Ie, you need healers. You need damage dealers. It is a lot harder to squeeze in a mesmer or interrupter, because otherwise your team just won't be able to kill things.
Plus people who like to run spike builds were upset because it basically made spikes nonviable.
Back when 6v6 existed, every PUG was running 4 fire eles with echoed savannah heat and two monks or the lame as heck heroway build. The meta was, "who could nuke each other the fastest" and "who is a better thumper." It didn't really teach players anything about game mechanics.

Keep 8 v 8, keep/add heroes. As much as I like options that finally let people HA without spamming chat for hours, 6v6 just makes it even more difficult for mesmer and other non-staple classes.

Quite a well known glitch where you could form a team in urgoz/deep then transport to your guild hall and still be a party of 12 in gvg. So 12v8.
