Is this computer viable?

This is what I have so far.
Windows XP- Grew up on it, so I don't intend to switch.
Intel Core 2 Quad 6600 @ 2.66Ghz
3GB 800MHZ DDR2 RAM
320GB SATA Hard Drive
XFX GeForce 9800 GT Video Card

Is this build okay? I want to play GW on high or max settings, while still getting high FPS. I don't do much except play GW and use Microsoft Word. Maybe the occasional movie. Also, I don't really want to switch my processors to a Duo instead of a Quad, I'm much more comfortable with the Quad.

just remember to get a quality PSU.

In my opinion that 9800gt is a bit overkill if the only game you'll be touching is GW.

that will ravish GW at max settings at high fps all the way.
