WTB Drikard's Rod (20/20 water wand)

Hi. After combing through WTS threads way back from 2007, I cba to look anymore.
I am willing to pay a handsome reward (somewhere around say, 5k+) to someone who can farm/sell me a certain green water wand, namely Drikard's Rod. If 5k is not enough compensation, feel free to haggle with me but I will not go above 8k.
