i was trying to set up a build and i was wondering if Arcane Echo would copy summon spells? specifically Ebon Vanguard Assassin Support and Summon Ruby Djinn

Yes, Arcane Echo works on both. Points out that you can only have one Ruby Djinn(or Naga/Imp/Mursaat) out at a time, so echoing Summon Ruby is not worth it.

works great on assassin, can only have 1 asura summon at a time though

what was said above,only useful to copy the assassin though others can be done.

It should be noted that using Assassin's promise with Ebon Assassin Support is more effective, but if you are Me/A or A/Me, I'm sure you could do both.
