Back to GW...Problem making account. Help!

Ok, so I was a GW player back when the game first came out, and then I quit a few months before Nightfall was released. Now I'm back and wanting to get started again.

Unfortunately I created my account years ago and I have no idea what e-mail address I was using at the time (or my password for that matter) I've tried everything I can think of but no luck.

I finally decided that I prolly wasn't going to be losing much if I just started new (I had an Assassin and a Warrior who I'd miss, but that's about it). However, when I tried to make a new account it says my Access Key is already being used. I can only assume it's talking about my old account that I don't know the e-mail address or password that goes with it.

Is there a way to either free up my access key and create a new account, or to somehow change my password/account without knowing anything besides my access key #?
