After fixing the favor problem this weekend will most likely appear more often than just once a year, I'd expect 2-3x, there always seem to be lots of people wanting it.

My understanding is that these weekends count all sources of points except books...
...so I'll be taking Aeron out to vanquish a few Vabbian zones, and maybe even moving into the desert. Already have SS maxed, so I can concentrate on getting the best return for LB points.
