Kegai [Collector] in Wajjun Bazaar will give you a Curses Wailing wand thats te same as that pvp item for 5 Plague Idols

I did check on wiki, but they didnt say anything about Shausha etc crafting it, only the Kegai guy, and the mods there arent perfect :>

Obviously they did say something about Shausha crafting it, as I only knew because I looked it up on wiki. Although you have to provide the mods yourself, the crafted version will be perfect if you use the right mods for it. All I did to find it was open the wiki list of crafters, then scroll down what each offered. Took me a few minutes to go through them all, but not many minutes.
