PC on Perf Gloom Shield

It has the following stats:

req9 tactics -5/20% (inscription) +30 health max armor of course

salvage the mods than 5-10k range......

i want to sell it with the mods, it's a good shield....

a couple months ago they were ~25-30k'ish unmodded, they dropped so low?

You have not been watching much lately, can get for 5k easy

Strength is a little more but maybe like 10k, they are really common

If you insist on selling with the mods, try for 15-20k
