If it excists it probably drops from the ZChest, otherwise it would be a dungeon drop, which would probably be Oola's Lab.

The guy who's selling it joined yesterday, and made a pc thread of the tonic yesterday also. In the post he was asking how much it would cost if someone had one. Now he magically has one himself so I doubt this it exists.

Everlasting Automatonic is an item that drops from the Zaishen Chest. It was available from June 5 through July 10, 2008.
Sinister automatonics where rewarded for completing M.O.X quest chain and there is no everlasting counterpart in game as seen in the above post of lindsey's post saying its not in game as of now. That was a few months ago so it is possible that i might of been added but until there is a real screen of the event then there is no Everlasting Sinister Tonic.

like some have said befor e it does not drop in game yet , but there is one in the dat file, and linsey has told us that thy have not added it game. and my talks with her the other day she still said it dont drop

I was actually over at my buddies yesterday afternoon while he was running around LA. He was at the storage by the exit and as he turned and ran he passed by someone using a tonic that changed them into a golem. I noticed that the chest section was red and asked my buddy what was that, he replied that it was prolly just his crappy video card. Now his video card is crappy, I mean his pvp rit has all her stuff dyed blue but the head and pants look like a lighter color. So I just assumed that his card was the cause behind the discoloration. Then today I read this post and find out that there was a tonic (available or not) that changed one into a golem with a red belly.
I think that'd be about number 1127 on the times I wish I would've taken a screenshot.
I'm not saying that it does exist, but.... has anyone ever tried to contact the guy in that high end post and ask him to see it in action? I mean if he says yes, then take a ss and put it here somewhere. If he says no, then I guess it's an automatic fail.

Well, they wanted it to be a surprise (the mini PB) so they never told Gaile so she never knew it had been implemented.
Its not her fault, she honestly thought it was not in game yet.
And I'm almost 100% sure ANet doesn't want to make that mistake again.
So I bet they tell their CR now when something is going to get implemented, which is why we get answers like, "there are no plans to put this in the game yet" and stuff like that.

Personally, I hope it is not legit. Because it's bad enough with the regular Golems, the regular everlasting Golems, the sinister tonics, the yeti, and the everlasting yetis.
We don't need more huge tonics.

For the prices an Everlasting Sinister would probably go for in town, I think I could live with the color-swapped Automatonic instead for much cheaper.

If this is real and I will take it all back if it is...
Where the chars name has been scribbled out in the trade window, where it says "Trade with" ~~~~~. The white boarder of the description box is perfectly intacted. all the way along the top and down the left hand side. If you screenied this and then scribbled his name out, judging by all your other scribbles I doubt if it would be this perfect.
Maybe a few screenies of another tonic he actually does have photoshopped, then the edited description pasted over the old one?

Um Regina had nothing to do with this if it was Linsey back in October on her talk page on wiki that it says its made, in the .dat file but has not been placed in the game.
As I said on another post about this same topic October was 3 months ago. Why make a tonic put it in the .dat file and the let it rot it was obviously going ingame they just had to span it out over a few months do to them adding the everlasting mischievous and frosty tonic over wintersday. My guess is that its real and they added it when they added the Cerebal tonics last Thursday.
