What could also be nice are tonics of wings... Like a whole bunch of different wings. You'd use the tonic then your character would float appropriately (or not), with certain wings from the game. For example...

1. Margonite Paragon wings.
2. Saltspray dragon wings.
3. Mursaat wings.
et cetera...
