Sundering Jagged Reaver of Shelter

How much is this worth as is, and how much would this be worth if I changed the "Shelter" to "+30 Fortitude"?

Jagged reavers are a common skin, this is a lesser one so it is less desiarable. The only mod on it that is any good is Sundering. I say salv the 20/20, and merch it.
