To be honest, it's more than possible for a casual player (playing maybe 2 hours or so 5 days a week) to get r6 and even r7 koabd.

Anyone arguing that the casual player wouldn't have played enough to develop enough skill to be able to gain certain titles needs to be reminded of the amount of overpowered pve skills in Guild Wars.
