Hi there. I'm really close to getting legendary cartographer, and need to finish Tyria. Atm, I have 97%, and two (somewhat) significant areas I'm not too sure on how to get to. I realize they wont finish the title, but I'm working on the largest gaps first.
The area in Bloodstone Fen, I havent tried looking for yet (and since its been over a year since I've played the mission), I'm not sure which route is the most quick. I dont wish to try until I know, because I went into the wilds, did the mission, and explored all routes I could see, yet there is still a significant area not revealed.

bloodstone fen, behind justicar tommis and the choosen. i did not do the mission to map that area, I map it during Gain Olias Quest. Theres a time when you can run to the back portion after the boss turn "friendly".
97% isn't "close" exactly, if you are missing small tiny parts of the map, it could takes you ages to uncover them all, I was at 99.8% for a very long time.

If you do the olias quest with somebody its a nice place to explore bloodstone fen back area

I remember that there is also a large area in the back part of "Dunes of Dispair" and "The Wall" missions.
I think that I finished my off my title by scraping the walls of "Lonar's Pass."

For the 100% you don't need the spider trick in the wilds. Scraping the outlines (walls) in EVERY mission, city, outpost and area will do the trick. I'am on 100% and still have some small area's left.
Just don't forget the lake (i did) and the SW corner in the wilds, the back at the end of the Bloodstone Fen mission and the outside of the fort in the Dunes of Dispair mission.
