Lag causing you to not load chars.

As a refence:
I have a a Dell 2001 home computer with windows 2000.
This Computer Is Shit.

I just finished the mission that goes to Vabbi. I lag at the cutscene,get a cup of tea, come back, and i see that im back at the mission start. I should have completed it masters but it says i havent done any of it. I think to myself, ahright, screw this and i switch to my other chars to check up. I logout for the night and boot the comp up next morning and i can even load the mission outpost. I talk to the friend i did the mission with and he says he had finished it masters... Every day for a month i try to log on to my warrior (the one i did the mission on.) and, no dice. So blah there goes 100plat, probally i good 400k worth of materials and weapons i have to ditch to because he was just sitting there wasting a char spot. =[[[[[[[[

Is it a computer problem? It gunna be my birthday soon so I was wondering.

This sounds like an account issue and/or an issue with your ISP and ANET communicating with each other.

Your best bet is to open a support ticket regarding the issue. We cannot solve issues of this nature, nor help with latency related issues unless they involve improper setup of a network.
