Iono about monking. Everyone seems so enthused about monk, but if you wipe, how do you think the girl will feel. I mean it is her job to keep everyone alive.

They can do practically anything (:
If i were you id just let her play what she wants to, she'll find a proffesion that suits her. Then you can build a team around whatever one she chooses (:
