Quick question on attack priorities

Specifically for the last guy in the norn tourny:

If I blind an opponant and also have critical defense going, will his Irresistible Blow

A. Miss because he is blinded
or
B. I block it even though he was going to miss anyways.

Im still working towards getting Sneak Attack, but I figured I ask ahead of time

Either he misses you (90% chance), or he'll KD you. If he misses, a block will not trigger, as far as I'm aware.

I imagine you'd have to hit (10% chance) before blocking comes into account.

Miss chance calculates first, then block chance.
