WTB Oldschool Staffs

Hello

I'm looking for some oldschool staffs on illusion and domination which hasn't the global 20% recharge.
I'm Looking for some with the recharge/casttime on the attribute with 20% or 19%.
An old 10/10 staff with nice skin possibly would be ok, too, just offer.
Staffs on other attributes would be welcome, too, pls offer.
