In proficies, does re-doing a mission for the bonus, then mapping out after shield comes up and stabs itself, do you still get bonus?
Also, does capping an elite that is in proficies, but you capped it in eotn, count towards the proficies skill hunter track?

Elites come in two types:
Core - common to all campaigns
Campaign - specific to only one campaign
If you cap a Core Elite, as stated, it adds +1 to all Skill Hunter title tracks, no matter where you capped it.
If you cap a Campaign Specifi Elite, it adds +1 to that campaigns Skill Hunter title track.
If you unlock any Core Elite with Balthazar Faction, then use an Elite Tome to learn it, it adds +1 to all Skill Hunter title tracks.
