Aegis, shield of the wing skin

Yea so i was wondering if the Aegis with the shield of the wing skin is inscribable. Does anyone know?

Central Transfer Chamber weaponsmith Hulen Hairyback, his weapons have an empty inscription slot.

The ones that drop from chests and as loot in Eye of the North are inscribable. I can't find any definite info about whether they drop in Nightfall, but if they do those would be inscribable as well. Also, the aegis and the shield of the wing are the same shield with different names. They will always have the same skin.

I have two Aegis, req 9 (tac), gold, inscribable, sitting in storage - yes, they do drop inscribable!

Aegis always has the same skin as the Shield of the Wing shield - essentially the same shield with two different names
