was there not a guild dedicated to Lore? remember reading somthing about it on these good ol forums.
would take a look now and post a link perhaps they have more info on this guy... but im getting white pages again so... :s

I always assumed those things were empty... lol.
The skeleton is too big to have been human though (compare it to the dude, it's at least twice the height); maybe it's just too big (Anet didn't care about it too much) or it is something about some famous battle.

Thanks everyone I guess it is just a prop but it's funny as that is the only one I have found in Istan
I like looking at everything in the world to see how much detail the Dev's/artists and whoever added.
It just makes things more realistic and a far more immersive environment for me.
Some people just play the game and don't stop and take the time to smell the flowers.
