HoM minis

i thought they keep giving u bonuses (whatever the bonus will be) for however many u dedicate, but i was scrollin through the sell forum today and some guy said something about not helping u after dedicating 20. Is this true and if it is are there certain mini-pets better to dedicate and can i actually choose the 20 i want to give me the bonuses?

Max you can display in the monument is 20, but you can shuffle through the other mini's that you have dedicated. We don't know what the bonus will be for dedicating mini's or anything else in the HoM.

so basically i should keep dedicating pets?

You can, but there is no benefit in filling a monument right now. Guild Wars 2 will probably not come out for a while.

Basically, you just have to guess if the possibility of getting a bonus for more minis is worth the cost of getting them all. Some will say yes, others no, but only anet knows for sure, and they aren't telling.

However, my guess would have to be "no". If GW2 were going to give a particular bonus for each individual unique item added to the hall -- weapon, mini, armor set, etc. -- the devs wouldn't have time to do anything BUT create all the dozens of bonuses that would require. I suspect there won't be more than a handful of bonuses. Perhaps one for each completed monument, and perhaps an additional one for GWAMM. Expecting anything more than that just seems to defy common sense. I think a lot of people are setting themselves up to be disappointed.
