Taking the game to the next step

Hey guys....

I was wondering what i should do to make the game more fun and challenging. It's just that GW has too much things to do...and being a student, i don't have much time to spend for the game. When i do...i just want to b the best and most competitive player i can be.

I tried to go for titles in the pve, made an assassin and failed to make it to the legendary survivor..(died due to lag). made it to just lvl 2 survivor. I started to rethink what i should do to maximize my playing time.

Currently my oldest char is a ranger(almost 4 yrs old, didn't play ALOT tho) who has all the skills, beat all the expansions...enjoy her in pvp, however i don't see the enough pve power to use her to make money or get pve titles.

My other chars are Nec, who beat the campaign, assasin...who failed at getting legendary.

I was wondering who i should use to be efficient in PVE (to get titles/make money) and to support my main char. I m leading towards assassin who can run/farm/obtain skills to make pvp chars in the future. Making a new char to try get legendary survivor might be an option also... I would like to hear ur opinions.

Just make new characters, ive made it many times enjoyed everytime aswell. i got 13chars that finished all campaings.

I agree with Pleikki, I have made more characters than I can think of, and it is fun.

I'd suggest, from personal experience, Assassin or Elementalist. Both can farm very well, and both are effective and extremely fun in PvE.

If you still want to get Legendary Survivor, try and farm the XP as soon as possible (Wurms, Kilroy Boxing). By farming the title you can get it easily under 20 hours. If you fail, it's only a few hours wasted and you can quickly retry. Playing normally will subject you to lag, potentially risking 100+ hours of play - time you could have used to attain Survivor L3 already even if you failed 4+ times. So, get the title out the way and fast if you want it.

if you are like me (full time job, not much playing tme) and you are wanting to do PvE and make a bit of money, use that necro you've got. my main is a necro and it is a really easy profession to have fun and make money at the same time - they can fill a large variety of roles so you shouldn't ever be bored. i tried all the other professions and necro is my favorite - monk and ele next.

Make a new character or start playing organised PvP.

Make a Mesmer, do PvE then take him/her to PvP. You'll be entertained for a long long time.
