Seeking Active,Experienced, PvE/PvP guild

I'm looking for a guild that:
-Is active, with guild activities occurring daily with a decent number of people involved.
-Does PvE. I'm looking for a guild that does titles, hard mode areas, dungeons, UW/FoW, Urgoz, Deep, DoA, challenge missions, etc.
-Does PvP. Looking for a mostly casual PvP guild that does all sorts of PvP and isn't only in AB or HA or GvG.
-Communicates. Uses voice communication(vent preferred) and talks to each other in game.
-Experienced. While I don't mind showing some new players the ropes, I am really looking for a guild that knows what they're doing.
-Fun. I'm looking for a guild that is relaxed, mature, and friendly.I'm looking for a guild that experiments and tries new things for fun. A guild that realizes that this is only a game and doesn't take anything to seriously.

About me:
I've been playing the game off and on since release. I almost exclusively play ranger in PvE, in PvP I'm mostly a mid-line character but can play other positions (absolutely awful at calling though). I live in the Eastern time zone, typically playing sometime in between 6pm and 12am, though it varies from day to day.
