mini pet price check

ok i have checked the mini pet price guide here on the forums, but it seems to be outdated as everyone ingame is saying that they are less than whats in the guide, so any help would be great

Roaring Ether ~ 25k
Fungal Wallow ~ 1k if that...
Temple Guardian ~ 2-3k
Heket ~ 6-8k
Wind Rider ~ 6-8k
Rurik ~ 15-20k

Unsure on Aatxe, Abyssal
