I do alliance battles alot with my ele and recently started playing with my sin. I do really good but the only problem is that i dont know a good healing skill. The one i use right now is Shadow Refuge, but its not heal me as much as i want it to. Is there any other sin skill that heals better? I dont have any leftover attribute points so i cant use a healing from my 2nd profession. And if there is an elite healing skill, i cant use it because i already have a elite skill in my build.

You forgot a few. But any you use will depend on the build, as some won't work and others will based on what you are doing.

[sadists signet][way of perfection][vampiric assault][deaths retreat] and for PvE [shadow sanctuary]

personaly i would go with
[skill] Restful Breeze [/skill] or [Skill] Feigned Neutrality [/skill]

some sins have been known to use Heal sig its good for countering degen on shove builds etc.

Sins don't have a ton of reliable options for straight up healing.
Another good idea you might be able to experiment with is to try something to mitigate damage so you don't have to heal as often like
[shroud of distress] [critical defenses]

i find that this sin skill is superior to all others at keeping you alive with minimal attribute spec without hindering your ability to do your own job.

I see some sins use [[Ether Feast] and [[Drain Enchantment] but that's only because they're Lyssa's Assacaster. If you're not running that build, I wouldn't recommend it, but who knows, you might try it and find that you like it.

Critical Defence, Critical eye and Way of Perfection are normaly a good combo. Shadow Refuge and Deaths Charge normaly work well.

But if you have the skill, i would set dagger mastery to 9, and then set critical strikes to 12. (add rune points afterwards). Then set secoundary as monk and take vigouris spirit, mix it in with a critical defence build and the quick strikeing sin becomes almost invincible.

If you mix it in with the sunspear assassin skill (cant rember what its called) and then add critical defence and vig spirit you can over come anything with teh right dagger skills. (for the pve in you )

Crit Strikes 13, Dagger Mastery 13, Shadow Arts 10

[Way of Perfection] [Critical Eye] [Critical Agility] every crit wil give you 30H back ...add [ Critical Strike] which is a guaranteed dual crit that`s 60H back plus the added bonus of 14 energy with a good prot/healer monk you should be more than ok in pve

for pvp i add [Critical Defenses]

IIRC, the point of diminishing return for weapon proficiencies is 12, more than that nets you less benefit for higher cost. Someone correct me if I'm mistaken.

Edit: Ah, here it is. "After 12, the returns on increasing your weapon attributes diminish sharply - each additional level is worth just 40% of what the previous levels got you."

I usually shoot for 13 CS, 12 DM, and the rest in whatever.

The problem that i do have is when im in a team (usually noobs, im not saying im the best but pretty good) the monk or mesmer tank into a Kurzick mob...
