or just remove the balth notification, who needs those messages when you can just open the panel and look.

During the Urgoz run yesterday is was able to collect 16k Kurzick points. If a ''You have earned XXXX Balthazar Faction, blah blah blah '' was installed, I would have seen that message 16 times over, in 45 minutes. That's every 3 minutes!
