eye of the north + ?

hello World.

i just recently bought guild wars faction, night fall and eye of the north!
i was wondering if i needed prophecies to get the new continent in eye of the north ! also if i dont have prophecies will i be able to go to the shiverpeak mountians? See the norn? and go to the new continent in eye of the north?

if anybody could answer those questions i'd really appreciate i'd really appreciate it thanx loadz,

You need either prophecies, factions or Nightfall to be able to access eye of the north.
Whichever one you have doesn't matter, you still get to see the norn, vanguard and asura.

EotN takes place in areas AROUND prophecies, but due to the plot device we call 'Asura Gates', whether you actually have acess to Prophecies or not is irrelevent.
