HA guild, r8 player, american timezone

I'm r8 and looking for a decent guild that HAs daily or at least a few times a week.

Stuff that matters:
Have vent and a working mic, duh
Playing PvP for 3 years
Can play any midline or frontline position, my best suits are mesmer and warrior.
Can't monk for balls, unfortunately.

Overall a competent open-minded player, i know what i can and can't do, and what i can do i do it well. After seeing so many players in PUGs that don't understand basic concepts, i almost feel it's necessary to state that i understand snaring, tactics for all maps, following directions, effective weapon swapping, and knowing where to place yourself on the map in a match. Really tricky stuff, i know, oh yeah.

Usually can play in the afternoon/nights being as i work in the morning, EST timezone, i just want a group of players who are serious about what they do, understand the game, communicate, and know how to have a good time. Why do i think that's asking for a lot...
