I'm curious as to why my attributes are "frozen"?

Well, I have leveled up a few times today and I am currently level 19. I am trying to use the attribute points but when I use them, the skill doesn't go up. No skill will go up. I'm not entirely sure why. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ah, that happened to me once on a newer character, never could figure it out though....
But I did notice something like that happens in EotN, unless I was hallucinating or something. I just zoned to my GH to fix it.

If you are in Eye of the North, you get a temporary buff that makes you a 'fake' level 20 character. This sets your attributes and health to levels a character at level 20 would have. However, it won't let you modify those attributes at all. They should be at 12, 9, and 9 for 3 attributes. Until you reach level 20, that stays in effect.

If you are experiencing this somewhere other than Eye of the North, than I can't help any. Never heard of this happening.

Ah, this is true. I am currently in EoTN. Thanks for the help. I can't imagine why I didn't figure this out myself. :P

They are correct, once you hit level 20 you will be able to adjust your points. Also if you leave EOTN you can adjust your points even if your not 20.
