It says on the guild wiki that at level 8 in any rep track you are no longer able to turn in the master dungeon guide for reputation points.

My question is should you turn your book in right before you go to level 8, or will it only bring you to level 8.

You can only gain rep for *turning it in* before r8. Get to 79,999, turn her in, feel good about life.

and from then on use the HM edition of the books for that rank. HM isn't THAT hard... enjoy :-)

Would it be possible to fill up books in NM, and keep them in inventory. And then turn them in all at once? - or will those who exeed r8 be wasted?

Those that exceed r8 will be wasted. However, there are 4 tracks so getting 4 books done *major grind btw, since books only get filled one at a time* would not be a waste as you can turn one in to each reputation - and continue to do so until you reach rank 8.

books are a major grind ,but it still is the fastest way to max the eotn rep titles imo,only need to fill up 4 more hm hero books for mi norn title

If you wait until right before you hit rank 8, only the first NM book would gain you points (if you turn them in for points toward the same title track).
