Gotta ask: why are these so rare?

I'm talking about Deldrimor Armor Remnants. For more than a week I've been spamming Umbral Grotto and opened a thread here on guru but I can't get anyone to sell me one! With all the VS farming going on and beeing the remnant a garanteed drop how come it's nearly impossible to find sellers?

they only drop from the Duncan end chest all the VS farmers do is Justiciar Thommis over and over.

I don't think a lot of people do the full dungeon anymore.

If your willing to post a big offer then you should get one pretty quick. I hung on to mine until I saw someone wtb one for 20k (of course I sold it). How much are you offering? If your trying to get one for under 10k then good luck you may be waiting a long time.

people used to farm duncan in HM when ursan was around, so it as relatively easy to find a seller when so many full duncan runs were being done.
but now with the lack of ursan, you have a lack of people doing the run = lack of armor reminants dropping = lack of sellers

god bless the time before the duncan nerf. Wish id held onto the armour remnants in stead of making jora look disgusting.

Too bad you are a little late to the party. I used to do all the dungeons with a balanced group, first, and then Ursan, when you couldn't get anyone to do balanced. I outfitted all my heroes with Deldrimor armor and sold many more.
I haven't done any of the dungeons for a long while because I've been maxing my titles. I have 7 more areas to get the Legendary Vanquisher. If you want the Deldrimor armor, try and get a group together to do all the dungeons. It's way more fun that doing just Thommis. What a bore to just do that one over and over. I can't believe there aren't groups doing the whole thing anymore.
BTW, Duncan was easy with good people in a balanced group and a lot more fun than Ursan. Everyone had a role and when done right it was great(my opinion).

I sold a few for 20k recently and thats been my asking price lately. I've sold a few in a matter of minutes and have one more to get rid off.
If you want one, be willing to pay up or just do the entire dungeon.

In NM, you could do the Dungeons with Heroes and Henchies. I've done it before, so, I know it can be done. I might have teamed up with another person. I forgot whether you can use Henchies.

It takes on average of 2 hours for a balanced teamto finish all the sub-dungeons + duncan.
20k for 2 hours of work and you think its over priced? Thats pretty cheap if you ask me. A DoA run takes less time then that and the gems are worth much more.

That explains a lot I always thought the VS farm was done by completing the whole dungeon. 20k is a bit too much but I see the demand and the amount of sellers and am not surprised. Thanks for the replies, I'll try H/H later on today, never got do complete that dungeon.

Most I've paid is 15k-ish, last one I bought roughly 2 weeks ago, it took about an hour of hopping around between Umbral & LA to get one, the 2 before that was in Umbral after about 20 minutes (few month ago, both for 10k).
Maybe people use the Deldrimor Remnants on their heroes when they get them, if you check the page that shows all the EotN hero armour pics, it's understandable why they would...Deldrimor is a heroes Sunday best armour, Brotherhood & Bog Standard is what they wear when they go picking brambles

) Neither upgrade looks as good on Jora as her regular armor, but I prefer the Brotherhood over the Deldrimor for her if I must choose. I really dislike spiky armor.

Incidentally, doing the dungeons, pre-Ursan was infinitely more fun than with Ursan. It required skill and a certain amount of strategy or you were handed your lunch.
If you really want to increase your K's, try Vanquishing. I have been doing this for the past 4 weeks and am averaging 100K per week over what I spend on lockpicks, etc. I needed to replenish the 300K I spent capturing Elite skills for that title.
Finishing Duncan in HM has it's own rewards. I have gotten every Hierophant drop and many rare items from the final chests. I realize the prices have dropped, but, I once got items worth over 300K from one Duncan chest.
I'm not saying 20K for a remnant is too much or too little. I was just pointing out that at one time they were 5K.
