even for an orrish skin, that sems high to me. i would have said salvage for 18%, but it is a rare skin and decent mods, so closer to 10k

15-20k no doubt, but if it was skill recharge instead of faster casting, then the price would go up a bit. I have sold a clean orrish staff for 40k before, you just have to wait for the right buyer.
