Just wondering if these 2 skills would give like 200% more adrenaline

Anomaly.
Does not increase percentage adrenaline as stated, but rather gives one additional adrenaline per attack. Does not stack with other skills that have the same effect.

As far as I know Adrenaline wont stack past +100% anyway, outside of single skills like Focussed Anger (though I thought that was bugged a while back anyway).

Given the query relating to Infuriating Heat was cleared up, I felt it was still worth a mention in case you were trying to find other ways of achieving your goal.

+100% and 200% are two different ways of saying the same thing, if I'm not mistaken. "Percent" means per hundred, or divide by one hundred. An increase to 200% or an increase of an additional 100%, or +100%, are both correct expressions of doubling a quantity. As a simple example: 100% of 1 is 1. Shocking, but true. An additional 100% of 1, or +100%, is 2(1 + 1 = 2). 200% of 1 is also 2(2 x 1 = 2). Correct me if I'm wrong, or if there is an error in my explanation or expression. It's somewhat confusing that the two wikis express the adrenaline cap in different numerical terms.

Regarding [[Focused Anger], I've never seen that skill pass the adrenaline cap, even though the skill description says it can.

[skill]Focused anger[/skill]'s additional percentages over 100% comes into play only under certain situations such as being under the effects of [skill]soothing[/skill], As this is not the most common situation you find yourself in its usually redundant, but yeah 100% is the cap. [skill]Dark fury[/skill] is different because it specifys additional 'strikes'.
