Need some help with 130HP D/Mo build

Apparently I can't follow simple guidelines when creating this build, but I can't seem to get adequate DPS out of my scythe like I'm seeing in some videos with the same gear.

10 Prot
12+1+3 Scythe Mastery
6+3 Earth Prayer
6+3 Mysticism

1. Protective Spirit
2. Mystic Regeneration
3. Mystic Vigor
4. Mystic Sweep
5. Eremite's Attack
6. Reaper's Sweep
7. Essence Bond
8. Balthazar's Spirit

I've customized my Droknar's Scythe (green) But I cant seem to dish out massive 100-200 point hits with any of the skills and It's becoming a pain to kill the bosses. Any tips for added DPS?

I've never actually tried this before, but you could try it for me. (Not sure if damage percentage stacks).

If it doesn't work, Joshuarodger's suggestion should work.

tested..works very well i would recommend more attributes in earth and less in scythe mastery... main thing about 130 derv is always group your targets so you always hit 3
