I couldn't find information about it anywhere and as just wondering, do i need any tokens to get the mask and if yes how many?

You just need to be there when the event starts. No tokens, no recipe ingredients, absolutely nothing needed.

The festival currently going on is the Canthan New Year. For this festival you do not need to do anything other than be present for at least one of the finales.

The Dragon Festival is separate and later in the year, and you do need to collect 250 Victory Tokens (not Lunar Tokens!) in order to get the mask.

Also note that the Canthan New Year mask has not previously varied from year to year, and this is likely to continue. This means that if you have gotten the mask either of the last two years, you will only be getting the same mask, the mask isn't really "new"!

Just like what the above post have said.
This event is the Canthan New Year, Not the Dragon Festival.
You do NOT need any Lunar Tokens/Fortunes to get the Mask.
